Welcome to spacestudio.co.uk. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchases made either online with Space Studio. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Products

We offer a curated selection of in-stock, ordered-in, and bespoke made-to-order items. Product details, pricing, and lead times are provided on our website or at the point of sale.

Colours and finishes may differ slightly due to screen display settings or the natural characteristics of materials.

Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly, particularly for handcrafted items.

Orders

An order is confirmed once full payment has been received. Space Studio reserves the right to cancel orders for the following reasons:

Item is out of stock
Payment could not be processed
Pricing or product description errors
Once confirmed, changes to your order may not be possible.
For bespoke or made-to-order items, production typically begins immediately; cancellations may not be accepted.

Payments

We accept a range of secure payment methods for purchases. All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you or that you have authorisation to use it.

All transactions are processed securely. Payment processing may be subject to validation checks and authorisation by the payment service provider. If payment is not authorised, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Delivery & Collection

We deliver throughout the UK using a variety of courier and white-glove services for larger items.

Delivery fees and lead times are shown at checkout or agreed upon in-store

Larger furniture items may require a two-person delivery and pre-assessed access.

If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or absence,
re-delivery charges may apply.

Returns & Refunds

Online orders:

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your own expense. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the item back. Delivery charges are non-refundable

Bespoke/ Made-to-Order Items:

These items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production begins

This includes custom sizes, finishes, or personalised specifications.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours and include supporting photographs. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund based on the issue and product type.

Klarna

We offer Klarna’s “Pay in 3” and “Pay in 30 Days” services. These are credit agreements with Klarna Bank AB and are subject to Visit www.klarna.com/uk for full terms and conditions.

Pre-OrderTerms & Conditions

By placing a pre-order with Space Studio, you agree to the following:

Full Payment is required at checkout to secure your item. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and may change due to supply or production delays. Order confirmation will be sent via email. You'll be notified again once your item is dispatched. Shipping occurs once the item becomes available. Delays are possible and beyond our control. Cancellations may not be possible once production or fulfilment begins. Returns for pre-orders follow our standard policy unless the item is bespoke or made-to-order, in which case it's non-returnable unless faulty.


Policy updates may occur; please check before placing future pre-orders.

Intellectual Property

All content featured on our website is the property of Space Studio or our content partners. No part of the site may be reproduced or copied without prior written consent.

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and use your data in compliance with GDPR.

Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the value of your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
